	Crappy Blue Luigi is most known for creating the PIE Empire, a group popular enough that Francis made a PIE-inspired item; the Mushroom-PIE, an item that dealt 5 damage from impact, but restored 5 health from eating the remains, making it a fairly useless, but fun, item.

	The first known instance of PIE throwing was when Crappy Blue Luigi started throwing PIEs at new members. It was mentioned in the Mushroom-PIE's description that they should be thrown at new members as a form of welcome welcome.

	~~The PIE Empire has come and gone, and is currently hidden deep within the pie's-- I mean, Earth's crust. When Francis introduces the private groups, expect the PIE Empire to rise to its former glory.~~
