== About ==

Abstract is a fifteen-year-old Canadian girl, living on Vancouver Island. She is often called emo, due to her hairstyle, black clothing, black eyeliner, and rather pessimistic outlook on life. Abstract used to go to a highschool located in her town, but, because of constant bullying, is moving into an alternative educational program next year. She is an A student. Abstract enjoys all forms of art (drawing, writing, music, animation etc.), swimming, Dance Dance Revolution, and video games. She has short patience when it comes to her artistic work, so, unless motivated, chances are, no one will see the finished product.

There have been rumours of AT being a psychopath, or a sociopath. These are not true, as she is simply interested in the mind of the antisocial personality disorder sufferer: she doesn't suffer from the disorder herself (although she has sociopathic traits). She can be rather schizotypal at times, and may have a mild form of obsessive compulsive disorder (she must take a drink of water before bed if in her own house, and there is no company. This drink of water is a sip.).

AbstractThoughts does her best to be polite whilst on the Internet, but, in real life, she has a dirty mouth, and really, doesn't care much about what others think unless she cares about the person. This has caused her a lot of trouble, so, at this point, she is attempting to be a kinder person. Even if she rarely cares about others, she has been raised to be helpful, so, if someone needs help, she will do her best to provide it (another trait that has caused her trouble).

She doesn't like to be around many people, it makes her nervous. Due to this, she only has a few friends... and she likes it that way. Abstract is incredibly shy and withdrawn, it takes a long time for her to actually come out of her shell to speak to people.
